이날 꿈을 잘 꿨는지 조상님 묘자리를 잘 썼는지... 너무나도 복받은 좋은 하루였습니다. ^^

어울리는 음식 : 파스타, 부드러운 치즈 등의 요리와 잘 어울린다. 테이스팅 노트 : 맑고 엷은 황금색을 띠고 사과 및 과몬과일의 상쾌한 을 풍기는 미디움 바디의 와인으로 저온 발효 과정을 거쳐 천연의 과일향을 느낄수 있다.

테이스팅 노트 : 정보를 찾아봐도 좋다 좋다 말 밖에 없는데… 좋기는 한데 가격대 성능비는 좀 떨어진다. 베리향, 초코렛, 정향이 좀 나는 그냥 평범한 와인

미네랄 향이 은은히 입안을 채우며 퍼지는 부드러운 베리향이 좋은 와인. 캬쇼가 약간만 섞였지만 그것으로 인해 발란스가 좋았던 와인.

Description: Delicious blackcurrant and cherry aromas waft over an undercurrent of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate an initial sensation of sweet fruit and cassis leads into a rich palate showing hints of licorice and dark chocolate along with more savoury black bean and cedar characters. The tannins are dusty and focused providing great structure and length.
테이스팅 노트 : 이넘도 한시간 두니 피어나는 초코렛, 커피향이 너무나도 좋다. ^^

Plenty of licorice and spice, with hints of blackberry on the nose. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a long finish. Give this time. Aglianico and Piedirosso. Better than previously reviewed. Best after 2008. 1,000 cases made.

테이스팅 노트 : 말이 필요없다. 몬테소디에 실망한 느낌을 알리아니꼬가 보상을 한다. 이넘은 한시간은 둬야 향이 피기 시작하는데 대단히 성질이 급한 넘입니다. 복합적인 향이 올라오는데 정신을 차릴수 없을 정도로 좋은 베리향과 M50 기관포로 향을 쏘아다는 그런 느낌입니다.

Dievole Chianti Classico Riserva Novecento 2004
 안딸려고 했는데 대중이 원해서... 또한병 구해준다고 해서 딴 와인...
불펜의 선동렬이라는 최향남 선수가 느껴진다. 한잔 따라내고 1시간 정도 지나니 그 진가가 나타난다. 향은 이태리 특유의 과일폭탄이다.
커피향도 은은히 난다. 산지오베제지만의 강한 산미가 느껴질 것으로 생각되었지만 아니다 너무도 은은한 산미가 미소를 짖게 한다....
절제된 탄닌이 기분좋게 하는 와인이다.

와인스펙테이터 지가 "Always a benchmark for the region" 라고 부르는 와인.5만 케이스나 생산하면서도 훌륭한 퀄리티를 유지하는데 대한 칭찬입니다.
2001은 잘 아시다 시피 그레이트 빈티지 ^^
건만증님이 가져오신 BDM .... 정말 감사합니다. 좋은 와인은 나나묵으니 정말 맛있었습니다. ^^ 
첨엔 고급 BDM특유의 기름진 향(이것이 아마 미네랄 향일것이다)이 퍼지다 서서히 피기시작하는 베리향과 오크향이 심장을 뛰게 한다.
뭐라고 할까....폭팔적인 가창력을 가진 가수가 넓은 무대를 향해 소리쳐 가는 모습니다. 저번에 마셨던 비온디산티의 느낌을 받았다. 가수 인순이가 생각난다.
이번주 토요일 출장가는 친구에서 한병 사다달라고 부탁해야 겠다. ㅎㅎㅎ
