2007년 5월15일 이태리와인 시음회 (8)

4개월동안 틈틈이 모아두었던 좋은 와인을 시음하는 시간... 살짝 흥분됩니다. ^^;
원래 이렇게 6병을 시음할라고 했는데....

Castel Giocondo Brunello di Montalcino 2001
 엷은 갈색을 띤다. 숙성이 오래된 증거다. 잔을 돌린다. 소용돌이 치는 와인에서 잔잔한 가을 과일의 향이 난다. 한잔 마셔보니 부르러운 베리향과 바닐라향이 너무 좋다.
근데 브루넬로라면 산미가 좀 있어야 하는데 그렇지 않다. 너무 숙성이 되었나 하는 생각도 들고… 암튼 무지 좋은 와인을 마셨다.

너무나도 유명한 와인. 한시간정도 놔뒀다. 향이 얼마나 좋을까 생각하면서…
타카페의 글을보면 티냐넬로는 티냐넬로 하나만 시음할때는 엄청좋은데 다른와인과 같이 시음할때는 꼭 밟힌다는 전설이 있다. 오늘이 그날이다.
복잡하고 미묘한 향이 좋기는 하나 첫번째와인에 밟혔다. ㅎㅎㅎ
그래도 거먼한 자세를 잡고 한마니 한다. “그래도 나 티냐넬로야~ “  짜식 자존심은 ㅎㅎㅎ ~

와우~ 오우~ 부드러운 두넘을 맛보다 전형적인 이태리와인을 맛본다.
바르베라다. 산미가 있으면서 이리도 부드러울까… 산미 바디 탄닌 흠잡을곳이 없다.
유명하지 않는 와인이지만 난 오늘 이 와인이 젤로 맘에 든다. ^^

 무니만 네비올로? 마실때마다 양치질하듯 하지만 3번째서야 네비올로 특징이 나온다. 꼬땡겨~
잘익은 과일향과 묵직한 탄닌이 좋지는 하지만 ….. 다시 사고싶지는 않다.

아마로네도 참 종류가 많네… 이넘은 글쎄…. 아까것보다 좀 떨어진다는 느낌이다.
식사후 마셨는데 참 잘어울린다. 입맛의 잡냄새가 싹 없어진다.
냄새먹는 하마??? ㅎㅎㅎ

이날 첨 오신 보난자님께서 가져오신 랑송 블랙 라벨
첨에 brut이 회사인줄 알고 뻥쳤다가 개망신 당했다.드라이한 샴페인을 brut이라고 한단다. ㅠ.ㅠ
첨에 마셨으면 더 좋았을텐데…. 빵굽는 향이 좋다.
인테넷 정보를 검색해보니 이렇게 나온다.
피노 누아가 주 품종으로 3분의 1 이상의 샤르도네를 사용해 꽉찬 보디감과 힘찬 파워가 느껴진다. 적당히 퍼지는 아로마가 섬세하다. 피노 뮈니에의 과일 풍미로 부드럽게 마무리되는 이 샴페인은 랑송 하우스에서 3년 동안 숙성시킨 뒤 출하된다. 브뤼 종류로 중간 정도의 드라이함을 즐길 수 있다.
