늘 그랬듯이... 이날도 더마셨습니다. 마시는 양을 줄여야 하는데...

그래도 레어로 구은 안심스테이크와 복분자소스는 일품이었습니다. 아직도 꼬냑의 향이 입안에 남아 있습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ

화이트 와인이 높은 온도에서 마시는 망고향은 약간나는데 파인애플,사과,복숭아,배 같은
느낌은 오지 않네요…. 2004년 빈티지를 구하지 못해 2005년을 마셔보니 약간 아쉬움이 남는와인

The Wine Advocate Eighty-nine percent of the 2005 Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay Jackson Estates is aged 6 months in barrel with malolactic fermentation, which is pretty amazing considering the quantity and the sources. It is all coastal vineyards owned by Jess Jackson, with Monterey and Santa Barbara fruit composing three-fourths of the blend, and the rest from Mendocino. 2005 continues their streak of top-notch wines. Loads of tropical fruit, surprisingly deep texture, medium body, and wonderful purity results in a crisp, elegant, dry Chardonnay. It is ideal for drinking over the next 1-2 years. Score: 89. —Robert Parker, December 2006.

오늘은 뭔일인지 1시간이 넘게 병브리딩을 해도 피지 않는 향땜에 참 고생했네요
2시간이 되서야 열리는 향… 바닐라향으로 시작해서 온갖 베리류로 끝나는 질감이 아주 좋았던 와인.

이넘도 무지 속썩이네요 … 1시간이 지나도 향이 필 생각을 않합니다.
2시간(?) 정도 지나니 피기는 한데 카베르네소비뇽맛을 잘 못느끼겠네요
그래도 90점 받은 넘인데 잘 살펴보니 체리잼향이 나는게 아주 좋습니다.

Robert Parker: The medium to dark ruby-colored 1999 Malbec Reserva has a sweet, spicy, blackberry and grape-scented nose. It is medium-bodied, boasts a velvety texture, and is loaded with flavor. Assorted dark fruits and roasted spices can be found in its personality. Although the finish is short and firm, this wine delivers copious amounts of fruit. This is a good value. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
Wine Spectator: Big, with flashy coconut and vanilla toast leading the way for ripe blackberry, fig and mocha flavors. Nearly heady, but with lots of suave, creamy fruit on the finish. Drink now through 2006. 26,000 cases made.

역시 대단한 넘, 안심스테이크 한점을 씹고 한모금 입안 가득 적시니 퍼지는 동물향과 베리향
그리고 천천히 입안에 남는 토스트향이 참 좋았던 와인.

"Indigenous grape varietals are playing more important roles in the world's wines (despite the falsehoods promoted in the disingenuous movie, Mondovino), and the 2003 Aglianico Contado IGT is fashioned from 100% Aglianico that has been reclaimed by Riccardo Cotarella. It is a stunning Italian red. Notes of crushed rocks, acacia flowers, almond paste, blackberries, and currants jump from the glass of this opaque ruby/purple-colored offering. Boasting fabulous intensity, medium to full body, beautiful purity, and nicely integrated acidity, wood, and tannin, it was aged in both large neutral oak ovals and smaller barrels. This wine represents incredible value for the money."

Description:  It was Don Camilo Hurtado de AmÉzaga, MarquÉs de Riscal de Alegre, who in 1860, through his revolutionary ideas, put his mark on the historical Spanish wine map. His innovative methods imported from Bordeaux, much criticised at that time, brought a new way of understanding and elaborating our best wines.
Following in the innovative wake of the Bordeaux wines, MarquÉs de Riscal built the first Spanish cellar of the Modern Age. Located in the heart of Rioja, its construction was overseen by the prestigious engineer, Ricardo Bellsolá. More than 200 stonemasons were employed on the construction. Its two-metre thick walls allowed for the maintenance of a constant temperature of 14º.
Wines, for the first time in Spain, were elaborated with Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir and other varieties. These new incorporations did not substitute the indigenous varieties such as Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano, rather the masterful combination of both origins gave rise to the unique accent of the Riscal wines.
For the selection of its grapes Riscal has over 200 regular suppliers, going back four generations from father to son. By general consensus, an agricultural plan has been established, thanks to which growers are advised on each and every aspect (pruning, fertilisers, treatment, etc.) so that the final product complies fully with the desired parameters for maximum quality.
Deep in colour, a subtle fragrance of cinnamon with very ripe fruit and minmal tannin. The wine in aged in American oak for 23 months.

작년에 한번 마시고 뻑가서 와인샵을 살려고 헤매던 기억이 있던 와인입니다.
와인을 으깰 때 젖소가 으깬 그 느낌. 밀키향이 너무나도 좋았던 와인.
또 마셔야지 하는 생각이 바로 듭니다. ^^
Rojo cereza muy intenso, con ribete violáceo. Complejo y muy completo en nariz con elegante conjunto de aromas frutales y sensaciones de crianza. En boca es amplio, potente y con volumen y con un toque amargoso final.
