명품와인을 마시고 싶을때가 있습니다.
공개적으로 하려면 가격이 너무 올라가기 때문에 2번에 걸쳐 지인들끼지 즐겨봅니다.
이번엔 자주 뵙지 못하는 분들끼리 뭉쳤구요. 담번에 한번 더 주최할 예정입니다.

기다리기 뭐해서 오픈한 스파클링와인...휴~ 작업주로 딱입니다. 전 개인적으로 스파클링와인

않좋아 하는데 이넘은 참 좋네요. 이름도 모르겠어요 ^^;

Chateau La Fleur Petrus 2003 Pomerol
 피는데만 2시간 걸린넘… 발란스가 아주 좋으나 보관상태는 약간 문제가 있었던 것으로 보임.
그래도 썩어도 준치라 했던가 미네랄향과 복합과일 비타민향이 아주 좋았던 와인

2000년 빈티지와 비교하면 첨엔 더 그 특유의 바닐라와 밀크향이 좋았으나 왠지 예전에 마셨던 감동이 오지 않았음. 그래도 이런 풀바디에 부드럽고 상쾌한 탄닌의 와인을 접한다는게 복이라는 느낌이옴

첨엔 2001년과 비교해서 보니 참 초라한 느낌이나 1시간 정도 브리딩후 확 피어나는 아카시아향에 잠시 황홀경에 빠지게 함. 하지만 바로 죽어버린 와인.

이넘도 참 좋은 와인이나 전작의 와인들이 너무 좋아 거의 table wine취급 받았던 아주 불쌍한 넘. 예전에 마실땐 첨엔 과일향으로 시작하여 켜피향과 넛트향으로 마무리 하던 좋은 넘인데… 담엔 메인으로 한번 모셔야지.

전형적인 산지오베제 베이스와인 바닐라 향이 부드럽게 다가와서 초코렛으로 입가심하는 느낌.
