 7시에 도착하니 세인트님이 이미 자리를 세팅해 놓았네요...멋지죠? ㅎㅎ

보라공주님께서 손수 꽃을 준비해 주셨습니다. 셀프화이트데이 선물? ㅎㅎ

1인당 잔 3개씩 준비했죠...

오늘의 메인은 스테키입니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 웃음밖에 안나옵니다. 좋아서리...

순서가 바뀌었는데...아쿠님이 특제 소스를 즉석에서 만들었습니다. 그 맛은
오~우~ 레어로 익혔습니다 ^^ 육질은 끝내줬습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ

소스를 만들다 아쿠님이 "아~ 버터만 있으면 딱인데...." 이때 제 가방에 버터2개가 있었습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 점심때 빵먹구 남은거... 뭔가 될 날은 되나 봅니다.ㅎㅎ

초밥이 늦게 와서 아가마(아가씨+아줌마)께 사탕을 선물하는 센스를.... ^^
산에가면도 그특유의 표정으로 사탕을 선물로.... ^^
바인님도 딸기 초코렛을 선물로... ^^

Hans Wirsching Silvaner 2005
3번째 마셔보는 넘…. 참 편하다는 느낌이다. 한모금에 입안의 갈증이 싸~악 가시는 드라이한 맛 색은 벼 색인데 향은 약간 익은 상큼한 과일향이 난다. 바디는 무지 드라이하며 피니쉬가 참 좋다. 강추point !!!

 더 이상 말이 필요없는 오늘의 주인공. 10분 정도 브리딩해두니 깊은 숲속의 낙엽향이 난다.
묵직하고 부드러우며 전형적인 보르도 좋은 와인이다. 강추point !!!!

currents and some glue. A wine to chew on. Still young, but this will definitely be a beauty. A lot of dark berries in the
taste, especially black currents, good acidity and bitterness. Very complex; a new taste sensation every few minutes.

Di Majo Norante Contado Aglianico 2003
이넘은 알리아니코 품종이다. 색다르다. 일단 산미가 강하지만 거슬리지 않는다. 강하지만 부드럽다고 해야 옳은 것 같다. 입에서 느끼는 거친느낌이 좋다. 베리향과 동물향이 아주 좋다. 역시 91점이 짤짤이 해서 딴게 아니다. 보이면 지르시길.... 강추point !!!
